You're right about the sneezing! Muslims say Alhamdulillah themselves, and others hearing them sneeze would say Yarhamukallah (May God have mercy on you). This completely slipped my mind when I drafted it, so I'll add that in.

I also didn't think too much about table settings, but that's a pretty good note! I also agree completely - this so wasn't meant to be a "MUSLIMS IN EVERY COUNTRY DO X, Y, AND Z" because it really isn't the same the world over (but some things are, and those were what I wanted to highlight).
